LAY HO MA everyone! This has got to be the easiest dessert you can make. It really only takes 5 min and you’ll only need 3 ingredients. Join me in this episode and learn how to make sorbet – fresh mango and orange flavour. Let’s begin.

Ingredients:
3 generous cups of frozen mango
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup almond milk

Directions:
1. Blend everything in a blender
2. Use the tamper to press everything down while blending. Careful not to blend too long because the friction will start melting the sorbet
3. Serve right away, or store it in the freezer. Remember to let it sit out in room temperature for at least 20min before serving if its been frozen overnight

  1. Omg! I just purchased store bought sorbet, but I am wondering what's all that other stuff in there that I think is necessary. I will definitely use this easy recipe from now on! You are my vegan food hero chef, Wil!

  2. It isn't high on my wishlist, but I really would like to enjoy mango the way almost everyone else does! The flavour puts me off, even in juice. And I've tried good, perfectly ripe organic ones. #firstworldproblems ๐Ÿ˜•

  5. I've been using mango to make sorbet for a few years. I like it so much more than the banana based "nice cream". It's great to add other fruit also such as peaches and/or pineapple.

  6. My life is truly better since making my own sorbets. The combinations are endless. Trying this soon!
