🥣 Ingredients for the mash cups
* 2 medium-large boiled potatoes
* salt
* 2 tablespoons cornflour
* 1/4 cup olive oil

👉🏽Heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

👉🏽Mash the 2 medium-large boiled potatoes in a bowl. I used a potato ricer for fluffy and smooth smash

👉🏽Add salt, cornflour and olive oil and combine

👉🏽Lightly grease a cupcake tin with olive oil Portion the potato mixture into round balls and place each ball into the oiled cupcake tin.

👉🏽Press down each ball with the base of a small cup to create a cup shape. Then, smooth out the edges with the back of a spoon.

👉🏽Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the potato cups are as crispy as you prefer.

Olive oil will I put the potato through a potato riser for a fluffy and smooth Mash cups and now all you do is portion the mash and divide it into a cupcake tin that you have oiled really well press down with the back of a small cup

And smooth out with a back of a spoon until you get a cup shake bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes but it’s really also up to you how crispy you love them and then place a generous amount of tabuli in there a small wedge

Of lemon to make them pop and enjoy
