All right this is a first I jerked a Cornish Shen and added it to a Greek salad I also added some olives in there uh some feta cheese red onions tomatoes cucumbers red peppers green peppers um what else is in that you can see of course the spring mix you can use
Any type of lettuce that you like uh just take a look at that this is a this is the first guys you introduce this to your family and they’re going to love you for it again it’s jerked cornish hen inside of a Greek salad how about that doesn’t that look absolutely delicious
