Lazy Baking Day😆Olive bread!
Was craving for this after coming back from Europe because I got used to eating bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar every meal, I found a recipe online!

Easy No-Knead Olive Bread


^ definitely try this one out instead for better results 😂

My lazy version😆
Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups all purpose
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp coarse salt
2 tsp dried oregano
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1 cup chopped olives
1.5 cup room temp water

– In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, then all the wet ingredients
– Cover the large bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight
– The next day take it out, put it on a parchment paper on top of a baking tray, cover it and let it rest in room temperature for 3-4 hours
– Preheat oven to 425, bake it for 30 min, this kinda depends on you oven, i also had ovens where i needed 45 mins, just visually check for a golden brow crust

Other than the holes not being big enough, it’s actually still decent haha, i found out the reason is because my temperature for it to rest is a bit too cold

I’m pretty lazy but I was craving for olive bread I found a recipe online skip a few steps and it’s still turned out okay and mix all of these ingredients and turn it into a dough then let it sleep in the fridge for a whole night

After the long sleep I move it to a baking container let it nap for another 3 to 4 hours then I bake it for 30 minutes I wish the holes in the bread were a little bit bigger but does still turn out pretty good
