In honor of Lynja (@cookingwithlynja), I’m making her saucy butternut squash mac and cheese. RIP Lynja.

✨Recipe:
✨ Remove the seeds to butternut squash, poke holes, and place on a baking sheet for oven (salt and pepper). Bake at 400 for 25-45 minutes (until it’s soft).
✨ Cook your rotini noodles according to package.
✨ Scrape out insides, and place in a blender with 1 1/2 cup milk and spices: 1tsp smoked paprika, 1tbls garlic powder, 1tsp ground thyme, 1tsp cayenne pepper, salt & pepper
✨ Pour the blend into a pot and cook until it bubbles, add in cooked pasta, and cheeses: sharp cheddar, parmesan, Monterey jack.
✨ Serve warm and enjoy 😀

Making Lin’s mac and cheese because we already know her cooking snacks I remember finding Ling’s videos a couple years back and genuinely loved how funny and positive this woman was since I’m not a huge fan of butternut squash I got to admit I was a little sus on this

Recipe but got to appreciate someone taking care of us by making sure we eat our vegetables but the noodles she chose for this dish tasted so wholesome with the squash spices and cheese like a beautifully seasoned Saucy pasta thank you linga for your impact Piers to you
