Divide into 6 equal portions. make each portion into a round circle with a hole in the center.
If you want to add a seasoning on top, whisk the 3rd egg in a separate bowl and brush each of the bagels with egg. sprinkle the seasoning on the top.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until it’s golden brown. Let stand for 15 minutes.
