Steps:

Marinade:

Prepare Beef: Slice 600 g of beef.
In a bowl, combine 1 tsp soy sauce, 6 tsp dark soy sauce, 3 tsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp black pepper.
Add 10 tsp cornstarch, 16 tsp water, and 8 tsp oil.
Mix well to create the marinade.

Vegetables:

Prepare Vegetables: Cut 300 g of broccoli, dice 1 onion, wash and trim 150 g of bean sprouts, wash and remove ends from 150 g sugar snaps, peel and slice 1 carrot.

Add slicing onion cook for 2 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked after 2 minutes vegetables are cooked set aside the vegetables put oil in a pan cook the marinade beef add minced garlic when the beef is tender then add the tauge add osyter sauce soy sauce water
