From when you think of milk prep what comes to your mind first let me guess chicken and rice chicken and rice and chicken and rice right if you’re sick and tired of eating the same boring milk prep you really need this One [Applause] Today we’re going to do some milk prep with fried rice what that’s nothing special way too common don’t worry about it today let me make it special with this guu Jang even if you eat them for 7 days in a row or even more trust me you

Will never ever get tired of it for this you want need some beef green onions garlic eggs and rice today to keep it really simple I’m going to be using ground beef but if you want to have bigger chunks then bring your favorite cut of beef and use it don’t worry about

It everything will be fantastic all right let’s cook the rice first put 2 and 1/2 cups of rice into a bowl and wash it two or three times once you drain off the water you can just add the same more water or a little less and

Then put it into the rice cooker but if you have some leftover rice go ahead and use that that will give you a better result while the rice is cooking let’s prep the vegetables first take five green onions and thinly slic them as always we’re going to use the white
