Buttered crostini with truffle goat cheese, peeled mandarin wedges, honey drizzle, black pepper. lime zest and dots of black currant puree for a flavorful contast. Not many good plates in my house so I did my best with what was available!

That plate ain’t it, the snack is too small on it and it looks too empty. Other than that, I like the color and anything truffle gets a thumbs up from me ✅
