Oh you know we’re making this soup it’s soup Mondays let’s get into It start off by melting a little bit of butter and we’re going to get those onions sweating hit it with our classic Seasoning and let them do their magic once they’re looking like that we are going to take them out of that pot put them in a bowl and set them to the side just for a few minutes as that’s going we’re going to throw in our mushrooms we want to sweat

These mushrooms down we want to build a beautiful stock for here we want to build just like this amazing flavor so where you know we’re going to hit it with that shitaki add some more mushrooms to mushrooms shitake is an awesome mushroom blend it gives them beautiful Umami flavor

There’s a lot of work before any other spices are introduced into that bottle now once they’re starting to look like that hit it with our Garlic mix that in give it just a few seconds Head Start now we’re going to throw in our finely chopped Carrots throw in that finely chopped Celery and then we’re going to also throw those onions back In perfect now we’re building flavors give it a good mix we’re going to throw in six cups of beef Broth one cup of barley and now we’re going to bring that up to a boil and then reduce it down to a simmer until all of those veggies are cooked and everything is done we’re going to hit a with a little bit more Shitake give more depth and more flavor to that beef broth give it a good mix once it’s done take it off the heat get that soup bowl ready you know this is going to be good guys if you like our content like And subscribe tell us what you want to see us cook
