   – 1 ball of mozzarella
   – 7 slices of prosciutto
   – 5 leaves of basil
   – a BUNCH of axiany tomatoes (I went a little overboard)
   – good drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
   – pinch of Maldon flakey sea salt

   Halve the tomatoes. Slice mozzarella. Wrap mozz with prosciutto. Plate and stick the basil in between the mozz slices. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. EZPZ
