1 potato (240 grams)
I grated both of them with a fine grater.
Since I grate it finely, it releases its water immediately. I don’t add salt.
3 eggs
250 ml milk
1 glass of whole wheat flour (130 grams)
I’m adding it slowly.
Let’s squeeze out the excess water.
Let’s combine it.
2 teaspoons of salt
half a teaspoon of black pepper
After cooking both sides for 2 minutes, you can turn them and fry them.
