Bolognese sauce may just be one of those special sauces that is actually celebrated and made the world over AND there are many different variations of it. Bolognese sauce is also an extremely versatile sauce that can be and is incorporated into many other recipes like lasagna. It’s a sauce that takes some time, so make A LOT and enjoy the process and if you’re hung over, you won’t be after eating because it will put you right to sleep. Enjoy my friends!

  2. I use chicken stock and not too much tomato sauce. Also, some fish sauce works well in a bolognese to enhance the meaty flavor.

  3. So what is the deal with Bay leaves? DO they actually do anything? I just find them a nuisance to dig them out when I'm ready to plate.
