  2. What was that? The first ingredient u added to the pan. Was it tomato paste or Chilli paste or chorizo? That's the thing when watching cooking videos especially when it looks good. Never ingredients in the description box or telling us. Like why watch to b teased. Not fair.

  3. Seems goos but since lemon and tomato paste are on a carbonara I will add dark beer and vodka into a lager beer and call it lager and see everyone reactions.

  4. Please, excluding any refereeing to Italian food !
    I'm born and grew up in Calabria "the kingdom of 'nduja", and this recipe doesn't have nothing in common with Italian food culture.

  5. These videos are being seen by people all over the world.
    That's the issue.
    The nearest place some of these ingredients are sold is a minimum 2 hour drive, (each way) from me.
    I can order a lot of these ingredients online and have them delivered.
    However, I feel that expecting me to actually recognize the ingredients without description is extremely arrogant of you.

  6. What is the ingredient that you grated and added along with a couple sprigs of thyme? Surely it couldn’t be garlic, could it?
