Today I wanted some halal food you know the platters with the white sauce the red sauce that nice rice and that salad combo unfortunately I left New York so I took matters into my own hands and started making falafel from scratch next was to try and emulate that nice yellow
Rice in went the human in the ground turmeric some bullion for good measure next I got the slicing and dice next the star of our show mayo and Greek yogurt AKA white sauce add to the bottle time to fry up the Falafel until it’s nice and golden brown next we assemble our
Plate and do our best impression of the Falafel Cart Ock white sauce and hot sauce for meat and sure enough we’re left with an NYC Halal card Falafel platter I give this a 9 out of 10. definitely gonna do it again
