Ingredients:
2.5 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Instant Yeast
2 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt (Optional)
1 Cup Warm Water
Approx. 1 Tbsp Oil to coat the surface of the bowl
This recipe will make:
1 – 12in Thick base
1 – 16in Medium base
2 – 8in Thin base

It works for everything , thin& crispy, stone baked fluffy , full on grandma pie/school dinner pizza. It's brilliant (I just do half wholemeal w/the flour)

Hi, just want to ask if its 2 Tbsp oil or only 1 Tbps? Tried this one long ago and it was perfect but I try it again today the dough is not elastic 😞

Really great recipe. Didnt need to use a whole cup of water and I suggest 45 min rise, then work the dough a bit more into a ball and do a final 15-20min rise. My dough was soft and crunchy at the same time!! Lovely!
