Spanish rice
serves 2-4

300g long grain white rice
750ml chicken stock
100g small diced chorizo
1 medium white onion, chopped same size
2 cloves garlic, crushed, or 1 tsp dried
handful baby plum tomatoes, halved
100g small diced mushrooms
125g mixed veg, frozen
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp chilli flakes, add more if you want to
2-4 squid or use thighs, salmon etc

cooking instruction based on use of Multicooker.

otherwise cook your rice as you usually would, in the stock liquid. other ingredients can be cooked separately, once everything is cooked, just combine well, and leave to cool if your stuffing squid, if your cooking other meat or fish, just put that on top of your rice in a baking dish, and cook.

  4. That looks nice hailey. I do like squid but have never cooked it nysekf before, only had the squid rings if ive eaten out. Im definately going tontey this out, even if not with squid, with salmon/ prawns/ cod or even meat. My husbabd not keen on squid, he thinks its like chewing on an elastic band !! ๐Ÿ˜Š i did make your popeyes chicken burger ๐Ÿ” for tea on friday, been on my list to make , abd my gid it was so nice. Definite a keeper & someting i will make again very soon, we both really enjoyed it. Abd simple to majke as well. Also made a quiche yesterday but i did cheat & use some shop bought pasrty i had in the freezer from Christmas, but i followed your recipe the last frw times now & always turns out well. Husband never really been a quiche fan but he really enjoyed it last night. Shop bought ones are so bland & tasteless arent they? Once youve made your own , no shop bouggt ones again !!
