Homemade Shawarma Spice Blend: Ingredients:
(होममेड शोरमा मसाला मिश्रण) – सामग्री:
1 teaspoon ground allspice
• 1 tablespoon cumin (जीरा)
• 1 tablespoon coriander (धनिया)
• 1 tablespoon black pepper (काली मिर्च)
• 7 to 8 cardamom (इलायची)
• 1 tablespoon cloves (लौंग)
• 1 tablespoon (7 to 8 small pieces) cinnamon (दालचीनी)
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Powder(optional)(जायफल)
Roast and grind all the Spices.(सारे मसाले भून कर पीस लीजिये)

After the grinding process add (पीसने की प्रक्रिया के बाद डालें) :
• 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika (स्मोक्ड पेपरिका)
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Powder (adjust to taste for spiciness)(केयेने पेपर पावडर- तीखापन के लिए स्वादानुसार डालें)
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves (सूखे थाइम के पत्ते)
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano (सूखे ओरिगैनो)

Don’t roast just grind it. (भूनिये मत पीस लीजिये)
after this process Make one Paste (इसके बाद एक पेस्ट बना लें)
• 1 onion (प्याज)
• 2 tablespoon garlic (लहसुन)

Ingredients: For the Paneer Marinade:(पनीर मैरिनेड के लिए सामग्री)
• 250g paneer cut into pieces (पनीर टुकड़ों में काट लें)
• 1 tablespoon Butter (मक्खन)
• 3 tablespoons Fresh yogurt (ताजा दही)
• 2 teaspoon onion and garlic Paste (प्याज और लहसुन का पेस्ट) (or You can use 1 teaspoon onion powder and garlic powder.)
• 1 teaspoon Home made Shawarma Spice Blend (होममेड शोरमा मसाला मिश्रण)
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (स्मोक्ड पेपरिका)
• Salt to taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)

Ingredients: For the Mint Yogurt Sauce: (पुदीना दही सॉस के लिए सामग्री)
• 4 tablespoons fresh yogurt (ताजा दही)
• 10 to 12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped (बारीक कटी हुई पुदीने की पत्तियां)
• 1 tablespoon honey (शहद)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
• Salt to taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)

More Ingredients for the Recipe : (रेसिपी के लिए और सामग्री)
• spinach leaves or Fresh lettuce (पालक के पत्ते या ताज़ा लेटस)
• 1 tablespoon butter ((मक्खन)
• wheat flour/multigrain flour/ All Purpose flour as per your choice (गेहूं का आटा/मल्टीग्रेन आटा/मैदा काआटा – आपकी पसंद के अनुसार)
• Chopped tomatoes (कटा हुआ टमाटर)
• Thinly sliced onion (बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज)
• Thinly sliced cabbage (बारीक कटी हुई पत्तागोभी)
• Melted Cheese slice and Mozzarella cheese (पिघला हुआ चीज़ और मोज़ेरेला चीज़)
