Here’s what you’ll need to make baked teriyaki salmon half a lemon thumb size piece of fresh ginger some garlic salmon filets of course some corn flour or corn starch some people call it sesame seeds crushed chili flakes soy sauce and some honey first thing we’re going to do is

Make the teriyaki sauce and so we’re going to grate the ginger and crush the garlic and put all the other ingredients into a bowl so into a bowl with your crushed ginger and garlic that’s in with half a teaspoon of your corn flour 3 tablespoon of water two tablespoons of Honey some crushed chili flakes as many or as little as you’d like the juice of half a lemon and last but not least 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and then give them a mix round with your sauce mixed it’s time to put your fillets into an oven proof dish

And then it’s over with your Sauce and then this can either be popped straight into the oven at 200° cigr for around 12 to 15 minutes till the Salmon’s cooked through or as I like to do just leave it on the side for half an hour an hour to let them juices sort

To penetrate the salmon then cook it for 15 minutes with your salmon cooking away in the oven going to take two or three of your spring onions and get them chopped up and thrown in a pan in with a bit of coconut oil or vegetable oil and then in the Go I’m just going to give them a few minutes just to cook through when it’s cooked and it comes out of the oven hopefully looking something like that time to put it onto a plate then we’re going on there with some sesame seeds few more chili flakes or not if you don’t like

Them and then on with the spring onions then going to put the rest of the sauce on or as much as you’d like and then whatever you want to accompany it with and get stuck in
