Verona Italy the risoto is made with violano Nano rice grown right near Verona then the Highlight here is the rice has been infused used with amaron wine Rich delicious and then we have rikio rikio is a vegetable grown near the city of Verona up in the Veno and

There’s rikio in the risoto as well as this beautiful leaf on top this is just a great dish and then last but not least we have um Sultan boka saltan boka is a traditional dish from the area of Rome Shanise made a little bit of a twist we’re using a pork

Tenderloin we have the cavalo CIO Kio cavalo um cheese sage and then we have delicious Pudo so pork the Kio cavello cheese Pudo Sage really wonderful we have the artichokes green beans just a wonderful dish and then Tommy has a great new wine special for us this is a wine from Veno
