The temperature to 350 for another I’d say about another half an hour hour 45 minutes or so just to kind of like cook the underside then I flipped the bird over right and did 350 degrees based it obviously but did 350 degrees for another 45 minutes so total time we’re

At right now is about 2 hour and 15 minutes give or take somewhere around there I just gave it a good basting this has about another 45 minutes left and it’ll be done so total cooking time is somewhere in the ballpark of like 3 hours maybe something like that you know
