Sure that H there’s no long Ms in it then add gelatin this is the type of gelatin I’m using gelatin powder so but you don’t have to add gelatin directly inside the whole milk you know how it cuts so it’s good to take a little bit

Of the milk and mix the gelatin before you pour it inside the whole milk I prefer that process is it’s easier less weit So once you’ve poured the gelatin into the milk the whole milk just stay it a little bit okay before you now transfer to your cooking Pot then place it on a low heat guys don’t go and cook your your milk on a a very high heat it will cuddle before it it even simmer so make sure you cook it on a very low heat this Greek yogurt or any yogurt at all it it requires patient

  2. I used yogormet starter for my drinking yogurt and I panicked because after 10hrs of incubation, it was runny and looked separated. I whisked together and refrigerated for more than 12hrs and it became thick 😊
