




Friend’s birthday dinner was today and restaurant calories are always a bit hard to calculate. I had three slices of the pizza which was mozzarella and tomato but it seemed pretty oily. Also had a small slice of chocolate and vanilla ice cream cake from Dairy Queen, and a small piece of tiramisu cake. (A few bites of fries and salad here and there too)
I tried to stay under 900 cals but I feel guilty and I’m not sure if I was able to. Any help is appreciated, thank you!!

350 for the slice of cake.
I’m overestimating a bit so don’t feel too guilty
