Ingredients for two persons
500 g/18 ounce of blue/black mussels (be sure to throw out the bad ones, that won’t close before steaming)
250 g/9 ounce spaghetti
1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 handfull of fresh thyme, chopped
1 handfull of fresh parsley, chopped
10 cherry tomatoes, chopped in quarter
1 big glass of dry white wine
2 tbsp Bottarga (Bottarga is salted & dried roe grey mullet)
Salt & pepper to taste
