Homemade oxtail stew
Life is good when you’re eating good these oxtails are sold for $5.99 per pound down the street from where I live Asian markets are always a good deal when it comes to meat but it depends what Asian stores you go to some Asian markets are built like Metro LA Blas and
Whole foods that can sell Ox sale at a high price but it wouldn’t be as bad if you go to your local Hood Asian market it’s like visiting a meat flea market if I can get oxtail here for $5.99 per pound that’s more than a deal versus
Another Asian market that sells it for $9.99 per pound scoping out the best spots makes a difference when you want to eat good without spending a fortune I honestly thought Walmart would be cheap but no it sells for $1.97 per pound if you live far for one take a couple trips
And see for yourself if you could save a lot to eat good it’s worth it especially if you’re on a tight budget

I’ve watched too many videos exposing the “fake meat industry” of china to trust it

Looks good, chief. What's the recipe on that bad boy?
Walmart has crappy meat for nonbargain prices.

Try browning them before you add broth or water
No way you poured that fat down the sink
That’s a steal. 7.99 at oceans for me is a deal. I’ve never seen 5.99.

You did that and i like how you cleaned tbem with boiling water first💯💯
Asian supermarkets usually have good prices on oxtail and goat meat. Plus, you can count on them to be open year round with some even on the major holidays. Countless times, I've hit up an asian market on Thanksgiving/xmas/ Easter to grab a forgotten last-minute item.
