Today we will make ham and cheese  quiche with no roll pastry. For the pastry you will need: one and one half cups of  flour, one teaspoon of sugar,   one half teaspoon of salt, one half cup  of oil, and two tablespoons of milk. In a mixing bowl add the dry ingredients 

. Add the oil and the milk. Mix to make a dough. Spread the dough into a ten inch pie plate.  Use your fingers to flatten the dough  and form up the sides of the plate. Bake the pastry shell at 180 C ; 350 f,  until lightly browned. (about 7 minutes)

For the filling, you will need one cup  of diced ham, one cup of diced onions,   three eggs, one and one half cups of  milk, one eighth teaspoon of pepper,   one quarter teaspoon of salt, and one  cup of shredded cheese. (Your choice)

Add three broken eggs to a bowl.  Add pepper, salt, and the milk. Whisk until smooth. Place the ham and onion into a bowl, mix lightly. Put the ham and onions into  the baked pastry shell. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and onions. Even out the ingredients.

Spread the shredded cheese over the eggs. Bake the quiche at 205 C; 400 F. for  approximately 30 minutes, until the eggs are set. Cool for fifteen minutes. Cut a slice and enjoy with tomatoes or a salad. Thanks for watching. Don t forget to subscribe.
