I make my own with sauerkraut and corned beef, however, KATZ"s Deli in New York, is on my places to go list for a good reuben.

Learn to make your own 1000 island dressing…. You ruin the good sandwich with that crap.
What a waste of time to view this video. There is no instructional value whatsoever. What did it add to the "Reuban Sandwich" discussion?!? NOTHING! This isn't even a Reuban sandwich because Reubans use corned beef and NOT Pastrami (regardless of how delicious pastrami may be!). Pastramis are in the "Rachel" family, not Reuban. This is "click-bait" fraud and the poster should be ashamed of themselves for deceiving viewers. Total Garbage. Especially so since the recipe sucks as compared to reliable sources.
