To Make Cream Cheese Vegetable Sandwich

Wheat bread
Homemade Cream Cheese – 1 Cup
Carrot
Green Capsicum
Red Capsicum
Yellow Capsicum
Cucumber
Spring Onions
Garlic
Green Chilli – 1 No.
Coriander Leaves
Italian Seasoning – 2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3aD8czG)

Salt – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l)

METHOD:

For CREAM CHEESE SANDWICH

1. Take fresh homemade cream cheese in a large bowl.
2. Add chopped carrot, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, cucumber, garlic and coriander leaves.
3. For seasoning, add Italian seasoning, pepper powder and salt.
4. Mix well and keep the filling aside.
5. Take wheat bread and cut off the edges.
6. Place the filling on one of the slices and cover it up with another.
7. Diagonally cut the sandwiches.
8. Cream Cheese Sandwich is ready to be served. You can enjoy it immediately or you can also store it in the refrigerator for upto a day when wrapped up properly.

For CREAM CHEESE 1. Pour full-fat milk in a saucepan and boil. 2. Add lemon juice to it and let it curdle fully until the whey water appears transparent. (add extra lemon juice if required to complete the process) 3. Strain the curdled milk solids (chena) into a muslin cloth through a sieve beneath it to separate the whey water. 4. Pour some fresh water on the chena to remove any remaining lemon flavour. 5. Squeeze the muslin cloth fully to drain the water. 6. Let the chena sit aside for about 2 hours. 7. Make the dried chena into small pieces and transfer it to a mixer jar or a food processor. 8. Add salt and blend until it becomes smooth and creamy. 9. Transfer this soft cream cheese to an air-tight container and refrigerate for storing. Use whenever needed. 10. Apply some fresh cream cheese on one of the bagels, cover it with the other half and enjoy.

And I’m going to show you guys how to make make this and you can see it at the end of the video and you can make these sandwiches they’re really simple so while wait let’s get started and check it out for the vegetable cream cheese sandwiches take a nice white bowl I’m

Adding one cup of the homemade cream cheese so let’s just gently loosen this up so this is nice fresh homemade cream cheese it’s really simple to make so now I’m going to add all the vegetables that I’ve taken for this sandwich one by one so you can see the

Vegetables have to be cut really fine so I’m adding some freshly chopped carrots finely chopped capsicum so I’ve taken three colors of capsicum here green red and yellow I’m also adding some finely chopped cucumber with skin finely chopped spring onions so next we’re going to add 1 teaspoon of

Finely chopped garlic I’m adding one green chili that’s been deeded and finely chopped and just a little bit of Cor Ander leaves now we’re going to season this with 2 tasps of Italian seasoning 1 tpoon pepper and 1 tpoon salt now you can adjust the seasoning according to your taste just slowly

Start mixing everything together so you can see this mixture is loaded with vegetables this is a really simple and tasty sandwich that you can quickly whip up these sandwiches will be really nice for lunch boxes for evening tea time snacks for breakfast the vegetable cream cheese cheese mixture is ready let’s

Start making the sandwiches I’m using wheat bread for this particular recipe you can use any bread of your choice cut off the edges on the sides take a generous amount of the vegetable cream cheese filling and spread it across on all sides make sure it’s nice and Even place the other slice over the filling and gently press it these delicious and fresh vegetable cream cheese sandwiches are ready you can cut them into triangles and enjoy them these sandwiches make for a perfect party snack they’re a great finger food and also perfect for kids lunch boxes

You can make them ahead of time and you can also refrigerate the filling for up to 2 days I’ll give you a couple of links to the other sandwich recipes I’ve made earlier do check them out To make the cream cheese I’ve taken 2 L of full fat milk so it’s best to use full cream milk while making this recipe boil the milk once the milk begins to boil add the juice of two mediumsized lemons so once you add the lemon juice just gently mix the

Milk once the milk curdles you can see the way water separating make sure it’s completely transparent so that’s a good indication that the way water has separated completely so just in case it has not separated completely you can add another teaspoon or two of lemon juice to complete the process

Process once the milk has curdled and the way water has separated strain it into a muslin cloth through a SE make sure the water is completely squeezed out pour some water at room temperature to wash off the curdle milk this will remove any lemon flavor that’s been

Sticking to the curdled milk once you’ve poured the water and washed it off squeeze the muslin cloth nice and tight so all the excess water is strained place it in a nice deep bowl and let the excess water drip so this will take about 2 to 3

Hours so now you can see the curdled Mass has become nice and solid all the excess water and excess moisture has been removed transfer this into a food processor now I’m just going to break it down into a couple of pieces I’m using a food processor to blend this but you can

Also use a mixer jar for the next step add about 1/4 taspo of salt just blend it all together nicely till you get a nice creamy texture so this will take a couple of minutes so now you can see the cream cheese is ready this is how you want it

To be nice and creamy and soft and once you’ve made the cream cheese if you don’t want to use it immediately you can transfer into a nice airtight box or a container and you can refrigerate it till you use it next time soft cream cheese with crunchy fresh vegetables is

  3. The sandwiches were very good and the colourful filling made it pleasing even to the fussy eaters at home. But when I ll ept the filling in the refrigerator for later use(just over an hour) it had become very watery with the veggies letting out water. Didn't taste the same as it did earlier. How to solve this issue?
