S’more inspired oats w/ faux chocolate ❤️

    Makes 2 servings

    Ingredients:
    – 1 cup gf rolled oats
    – 1 ½ cups water
    – 3 tbsp chaga mushroom powder (I love vimergy for some high quality ish)
    – ½ tsp salt
    – 3 tbsp maple syrup
    – 1 tbsp cashew butter
    – ½ tsp vanilla
    Toppings:
    – Sliced strawberries
    – Pomegranate seeds
    – Raspberries
    – Graham cracker of choice
    – Strawberry marshmallow fluff toasted (my last post is for marshmallow fluff. Processed down a .7 oz bag of freeze dried strawberries to make a powder. Then you add it in on the end of fluff making process to mix in hehe)

    Directions:
    1. Bring a saute pan over medium heat, adding in oats to dry toast until golden. Stirring every so often. About 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
    2. Add water to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and add in all ingredients besides the toppings. Stir to combine. Cook until desired consistency is reached, about 5-7 min. Taste and add more vanilla to taste, did about a splash more.
    3. Divide into bowls and add your toppings! Enjoy!!
