If you want to make chocolate covered strawberries you’re in the right place today I’m going to show you the easiest way to do this they’re so simple and easy to make perfect for parties or for Valentine’s Day I know you’re going to love them I love using either giradelli chocolate melts or
Baking chocolate you can find both of those in the baking aisle I melt my chocolate in a paper Dixie bowl for easy cleanup and I use it about 50% power and then just stir it every 30
Seconds I also put it on top of a low heat on a griddle um to keep it warm it’s essential that your strawberries are completely dry uh before you try and dip them because water when you mix
It with melted chocolate will make it seize so make sure that they are completely dry for the prettiest Beres make sure to find ones with nice green stems or even long stemmed if you can find
Them you see how easy that was you can drizzle them with white chocolate or you can drizzle them with milk chocolate I even love coating these with spring sprinkles or chopped nuts or toffee bits or mini chocolate chips anything that you want um these are such a simple recipe kids love
