What’s with the carefully placed/unedible greens? Unless I’m mistaken aren’t those unpleasant to chew/eat? Otherwise looks yummy but does have a bit too much sauce for my liking; reason being it has that sauce from the looks for it on both the top and bottom. Crunch would be good too

Great effort but to be fair, too much sauce, fat not rendered nearly enough, inedible raw rosemary. Wouldn’t personally like fresh blueberries with it, and wouldn’t put sauce over to top of it. Duck is slightly over / not rested enough. But a good effort and a good eye for plating I think for first time
