The combination of a creamy rice pudding with some ripe mango is a match made in heaven! I used Kara Coconut Cream Powder to make a nice and creamy coconut milk to use in this recipe! Super convenient!

Ingredients:
50g Kara Coconut Cream Powder
2 cups hot water
1 cup short grain rice
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sugar
Mango
Mint leaves

You’re really missing out if you haven’t tried the combination of a rice pudding and mango prepare some instant coconut milk by mixing together Kara coconut cream powder with hot water then add washed and soaked short grain rice to a pot and pour in all the coconut milk add brown sugar and regular granulated

Sugar stir cover and cook for about 20 minutes pour the coconut rice pudding into little cups you can serve it warm or chilled either way top with chopped mangoes garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy
