Ginger Sesame Miso Ground Turkey

Ingredients:
-1lb ground turkey
-2 cups of mushrooms, small diced
-half of a red onion, small diced
-half a head of red cabbage, small diced

Sauce:
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-2 tbs miso paste
-1 tbs sesame oil
-1 tbs garlic paste
-1 tbs ginger paste
-1 tbs sesame seeds
-1 tsp red chili flakes
-1 tsp white pepper

Instructions:
-mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
-heat a cast iron skillet or large pan on medium-high heat; add 3 tbs neutral oil
-add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes until brown
-add turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes until brown
-add onion and cabbage; sauté for 5 minutes until softened
-lower heat to low, pour in sauce, and mix well; cook for another 2-3 minutes
-turn off heat and garnish with green onion and sesame seed
-garnish with sriracha and serve with warm white rice
