2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp Ovaltine (optional)
1/2 banana
1 tbsp honey or sugar
1 cup of frozen strawberries

To make a delicious smoothie, start by pouring 2/3 cup of milk into your blender. Then, add 1/3 cup of vanilla yogurt and 2 tbsp of Ovaltine. Keep in mind that Ovaltine is optional. If you don’t have any, you can leave it out or replace it with protein powder, beet juice, or beet juice powder. I recommend adding it to boost the smoothie’s nutritional value and deepen its red color.

Next, add honey or sugar to sweeten the smoothie, depending on your preference. Once you’ve added the sweetener, add the fruit. Begin by adding a halved banana, followed by approximately 1 cup of frozen strawberries. Finally, blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Make sure to blend it well for the best results.
