This is the easiest and quickest way to make strawberry jam at home, with just a handful of ingredients. This jam tastes very natural, very fruity and juicy. And the fragrance is outstanding, so close to fresh strawberries, if not better. We don't use any artificial thickeners, like pectin, so the jam is as natural as possible. You can keep the jam in the fridge for a short period of time, but to save it for later, it's best to freeze it. We love absolutely everything about this jam. The consistency and the texture are just perfect!
