I’ve discovered savory tahini toast and I’m addicted. But it’s missing something.
What do y’all put on yours?
The best combo I’ve found is pine nuts and garlic salt – but it could use something…

I don’t put toppings on, but I rub the toast with a knob of garlic first. Then tahini and then maybe a sprinkle of parsley. Two raw onion rings are also nice. I wouldn’t do pine nuts because tahini already has enough calories for me

Beets and arugula/rocket with some sunflower seeds sprinkled on top. Amazing combination with the tahini.

Pickled onions! Sliced red onions, a few black peppercorns, clove of garlic in a jar. Top with equal parts white or apple cider vinegar and boiling water. I also add a bit of salt (not necessary). Let sit for a day Ont he fridge and then put on EVERYTHING 🙂 I have also really gotten into putting kimchi on my toast- it can be very high salt though.
