You can make a lot of things with polenta – including a pretty awesome lasagne. The whole thing is called pasticciata 🙂 Be sure to try it yourself.

1 clove of garlic
1 onion
1 large mozzarella
300 g corn semolina (polenta)
300 g beef mince
400 g tomatoes polpa
a little butter
basil leaves
some parmesan
