This New York pizza video recipe got 22 million views on Youtube! In this episode, we will try it and let you know whether this recipe is truly good or if this YouTuber is just lucky.
I think this pizza might be even better than Adam Ragusea’s, mainly due to the wood-fired oven.
This recipe is truly good. It’s not just luck to get 22 million views on YouTube.
I would definitely give it a ten out of ten!
For the dough, we start with a quarter cup of water, a teaspoon of sugar, and a teaspoon of dry yeast. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. This should be enough dough for three large pizzas from using this recipe.

22 million views on YouTube for this New York Pizza video recipe in this episode we will try it and let you know whether this recipe is truly good or if this YouTuber is just Lucky for the dough we start with 1/4 cup of water a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of dry yeast let the mixture sit for 5 minutes this should be enough though for three large pizzas from using this recipe next put in a teaspoon of salt then a glug of all olive Oil 1 cup of water and the last ingredient three cups of bread Flour with a wooden spoon stir until the ingredients start coming together once it’s thoroughly mixed transfer the dough to a clean countertop Me the dough for 15 to 20 minutes in this step in the original video Adam marusia used a pizza dough mixer but mine is broken so I’m using my hands to mix the dough until it turns into a smooth solid mess make sure to roll out

The dough and fold it back on itself a couple of times this makes sure that all the ingredients are completely mixed into the dough when finished rolling shape the dough into a loaf and cut it into three equal chunks take each chunk of dough and shape them into
