Too much sesame seed for my taste and I wouldn’t pile the carrots on the ahi like that. Why lay em out nicely just to cover em? It all sounds delicious though, chef!

Too much going on. The focal point should be the tuna, but it’s not.

Random scallions. Messy sauce drizzle. Sesame seeds caked onto the carrots. Smeared kewpie is too thin whilst being excessive. All the ingredients seem to be haphazardly thrown onto the plate.

If you’re going for a look it’s not there but the ingredients sounds good.

This is very busy. Lots of heavy flavors (garlic, soy, cashew, kimchi, sesame). Are the carrots necessary?

Your flavors are on point. The plating is a bit clunky

  6. This plate is stressful to look at. But I’m sure it tastes great.

You’ve got a starch, a protein, and a side-veg here. Serve them separately in a small bowl or plate each
