Every Thanksgiving we typically serve a bread, potatoes, pumpkin pie and Turkey is the centerpiece above all. It has uniquely rich and satisfying flavor baked in the oven for a traditional taste. 15.76 lbs TURKEY

HERB BUTTER:
2 Stick Butter
1 tsp MINCED GARLIC
1 tsp FRESH ROSEMARY (CHOPPED)
1 tsp FRESH THYME (CHOPPED)
1 tsp FRESH PARSLEY (CHOPPED)
1 tbsp OLIVE OIL

DRY RUB INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp ADOBO SEASONING
1 tbsp ONION POWDER
1 tbsp GARLIC POWDER
1 tsp SALT
1 tsp GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 tsp PAPRIKA POWDER

TURKEY INJECT INGREDIENTS:
1 stick MELTED BUTTER
1 can 14.5 OZ CHICKEN BROTH
1 tbsp ONION POWDER
1 tbsp GARLIC POWDER

VEGETABLES & FRUITS
PLACE IN THE PAN:
2 medium of Onion
3 medium of Carrots
2 stalks OF CELERY
1 Orange
1 medium LEMON

You also need:
Kitchen Shears
Sharp Knife
Kitchen String to tie the Turkey Legs
Injector
Meat Temperature
Turkey Oven Bags
Flour will be put inside the Turkey Bag
Disposable Bakeware Pan
