So today we’re making a wonderful pasta dish with crab meat so we go ahead and take these manicot shells and we shove some crab in there these are some nice pieces of crab meat and then we’re going to actually do is we’re going to move

This bowl to the side and we’re going to start making our pasta sauce so we’re going to go ahead and dump in two cups of chopped up tomatoes and then two cups of chopped up onions just like that now we’re going to take some old Bas spice

And we’re going to go ahead and just kind of sprinkle it on here to taste and we’re doing this because we’re using obviously Seafood as you can see now we’re doing is we’re taking some more of this crab meat we’re kind of just chopping it up into little chunks so

When we make the pasta sauce it’s going to be all over and just add a bunch of flavor to this recipe so then we’re going to go ahead and pop the top off of this jar and we’re going to just dump this already made sauce in here like

That and then we’re just going to go ahead and kind of mix this all together and look at this it’s looking amazing just like we want it so you guys it now we’re going to go ahead and bring this back over into the shot we’re going

To add just a little bit of water in here so it can help cook the shells in the oven which is preheating to 350° then we’re going to go ahead and take this concoction we just made and we’re very evenly going to spread it on just like this and look at that crab

Meat just like I wanted it now go ahead and smooth this out and evenly cover the shells so now we have one more step I like my pasta a little spicy so I’m going to go ahead and throw some of this on here some of these smoked pepper flakes these

Are called it’s called Smoke show so you know it’s going to be spicy so now we’re going to pop this in the oven for 30 minutes and we’ll be right back so it’s been 30 minutes now we’re going to and take some of this well not fresh oregano

But oregano and we’re going to go and sprinkle it over the top of this we are going to be putting this back in the oven for another 6 minutes once we get done with these steps so sprinkle the oregano on like this this nice coverage and we take some of this great freshly

Ground parmesan cheese we’re going to go ahead and kind of just again sprinkle that on top make sure you get it nice and evenly coated Before The Next Step which is this cheddar jack cheese mix and we’re just going to go ahead and really really really coat the top so

This is going to be a heavy coat of this and we’re going to completely cover I would say this is probably going to be about two two cups of cheese maybe of this maybe a cup and a half so we got about that much we’re going to go pop

Back in for another 6 minutes would you look at that it’s that easy we’re going to go ahead and dig into this so the cheese is melted and the shell should be cooked perfectly or the manes so look at this here’s the we’re going to put two on there there’s

One there’s two okay so there’s the crab there’s the shells the cheese we’re just going to go ahead but I cannot wait does smell good doesn’t it if you like seafood this is the recipe for you so good

  1. It may not be real crab meat, but it still looks awesome. I think i will try this, but change it up by using chopped lump crab meat mixed in softened cream cheese with chives. Then fill the tubes with that. And then finish the way you did it.
