Hi everybody everybody I’m back everybody Genie young is back to show you all how easy it is to make delicious avocado toasted tastes amazing it’s healthy easy to make if you make a Tina young style you’re going to love this recipe here’s the ingredients you will need you’re going to need some avocado

Of course and you’re going to need some lemon which I don’t have here but I will grab a lemon out the fridge you will need some bread and I decided to use a healthy bread which is a whole grain bread we have some butter here okay we

Have some eggs we have a beautiful tomato salt pepper and parsley flakes make sure your hands are impeccably clean let’s get started with this amazing avocado toast Gina Young style sometimes you just want something nice and healthy that tastes good and it’s going to give you some energy this

Avocado toast is going to do the trick it tastes good super simple to make and you’re going to love the flavors that we put together so now let’s get our avocado nice and open then we’re going to season it when you’re working with the avocado you got to give it some

Flavor it has a nice healthy fat that’s really healthy for you but me personally I feel like when you um are using avocado it’s a must it’s a genie young must that you use a little bit of lemon juice on it it’s going to also help to

Um fix a situation where when you open it up it’s naturally going to oxidize and turn brown you know kind of like a apple wood but when you put that lemon on it it kind of reduces that brownness not only does the lemon do that but it

Brings a great bright flavor and then you put some salt on it listen here you’re going to be in heaven next time you open your avocado and you use the lemon and salt it tastes so good so now here’s what I like to do and I’ll show

You this way using a knife okay so we want to open it we’re going to go along this way okay and once you’re back over this way where you’ve already cut you can take your knife out okay and then we’re going to give it just a nice

Twist you twist this way and twist that one that way okay simple right okay so then you’re left with the pith here okay so let’s take our knife like that boom okay and then you can discard of the seed just like so in the meantime between time we’re going to

Take a spoon and we want to scoop out all the ingredients if you want to get a little fancy you can turn around and do a number like this where you slice the avocado just like so and take it out in slices and make it pretty but we’re not

Trying to be pretty today what we’re trying to do is just basically get that avocado meat out that is so healthy so super delicious just like that how simple right dig as much as you can out there we go and I’ll do it one more time

For you you may see a little brown it’s okay it’s cuz there was a seed in there okay beautiful if you ever bring your avocado home and it’s really hard just let it set for a couple of days it’ll get nice and soft I did have to do that

Because when I purchased mine I planned on doing this video a couple days ago it was rock hard so we let it set and here we are okay so now my husband bought me this little doohickey here that I absolutely love it is meant for Z

Avocado and I love it okay okay it’s like more safer than a knife I know a lot of people fear from using that knife the way I just did so if you’re in a pinch and you’re not sure how to do it get one of these it really helps so now

Boom and then this here this has a little thing here where you can attach your seed twist that baby and voila okay so I love that all right and so here we’re going to do it again get that beautiful smooth move bright green avocado out just like so in this manner

Felt like it needed a little bit of salt I put just a little bit more salt so now if you take a look at my pan here because we’re going to be serving this avocado toast with a fried egg you can make it sunny side up over easy hard

Fried like my husband likes uh we’re going to do two different type we’re going to do a sunny side up and a hard fry we’re going to get our toast going and I’m going to show you how to make some of the most delicious avocado Co toast you’ve ever had let’s make some

On there and it would just make it absolutely amazing so really think about what ingredients you want to put on so this one here is going to be a fried egg so when I make fried eggs I like to spread that yolk all over the white just

Like so just like this this one’s going to be a sunny side up I want a salt and pepper okay I’m going to put some pepper on both beautiful oh my goodness and then we’re going to put some salt just a little bit beautiful okay A little bit of parsley

Flakes to make everything nice and beautiful you always got to use the parsley get on there okay and then we’re going to go for some butter for great flavor oh yes who’s excited let me know if your stomach is a rumbling and your mouth is

Watering I want to put a nice amount of that butter on there to make sure that my white part is nice and cooked on my sunny side up there’s nothing like like it’s the worst thing in the world if you order a sunny side up and they don’t

Have the white part or the way cooked you can just my goodness you can just walk right out of that restaurant right so look at this beautiful oh that’s what I call a fried egg okay so now here’s what we’re going to do let’s go ahead

And slice some tomato if you please if you want to make wow that’s not cutting I need to get another knife and I’ll be right back let’s slice some beautiful tomato I’m try to get some nice slices here the toast just popped up and you don’t have to use tomato if you don’t

Like tomato you don’t have to use the ingredients that I’m using use the ingredients that you love so you can enjoy the recipe we have our toast this done all right and so now we’re going to spread our avocado oh my goodness it spreads like butter right onto your toast now

This toast is not buttered I assume if you wanted to you could you know put some butter on there but really you don’t have to this avocado is creei and dream me enough you’re definitely not going to miss butter you really don’t need it all right this way put it on

  1. Good Saturday Gina ❤, Gina that a huge avocado 🥑 nut 🌰 inside. I never had cut one open, but it look like it wouldn’t be hard. Yes that knife look like it can slip up and cut the hand. The other tool seems to be better. But I don’t like avocado. I try it a long time ago chipotle on my food. But glad that you showing others how to make delicious food with the avocado 🥑. I do look like one of your healthy recipes. But you know Gina, l’ll be willing to try the avocado and make this recipe your way to see if I like it better. God bless ❤

    I have grown three plants from the seeds. I don't know if they would ever grow an avocado, but they are interesting plants.

  6. 😋Yess Gina, I love it! This is my fav breakfast. Imo you need the butter on the toast bc it ups the flavor! I season my avocado with a guacamole seasoning and add a little garlic and onion powder. If I don't have the guacamole seasoning I just use a pinch of seasoning salt with garlic and onion powder. Oh and fresh cracked pepper!!
