    3 Michelin starred restaurants still swirl pasta into a bowl. No need to reinvent the wheel here. This dish may taste great, but it’s not very appealing to look at.

    Plate it in wide bowl with a dollop or dollops of your dairy product and drizzles of the parsley oil.
