Vanilla Panna Cotta

Servings – 8

INGREDIENTS
Milk – 80 milliliters
Gelatin powder – 2 tablespoons
Milk – 400 milliliters
Fresh cream – 50 grams
Sugar – 50 grams
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Strawberries – 160 grams
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Strawberries – for garnishing
Mint leaves – for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 80 milliliters milk, 2 tablespoons gelatin powder and mix it well. Rest for 5 – 10 minutes.
2. Take a deep pan, add 400 milliliters milk, 50 grams fresh cream, 50 grams sugar and boil for 5 – 7 minutes.
3. Remove it from heat and place it on a floor.
4. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, prepared mixture and whisk it well.
5. Transfer, this into a moulder and cool for 10 minutes. Refrigerate for 4 – 5 hours.
6. On a board, place 160 grams strawberries and cut it into pieces.
7. Transfer, this into a blender and blend it well.
8. Take a pan, add blended puree, 2 tablespoons sugar and cook for 5 – 7 minutes.
9. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.
10. Remove it from heat and cool for 10 – 15 minutes.
11. In a serving plate, demould Panna Cotta.
12. Decorate with prepared strawberry sauce, strawberries and mint leaves.
13. Serve.
