Actually get savory donuts i’ve avoided them for today what we have here some john’s bakeries vanilla jam and chocolate donuts firstly no big fancy names they don’t look fancy they’re exuding confident cheers mate vanilla All that vanilla isn’t that good that’s really good That is you just had a second bite straight up dare i say it that is a step above it’s gone ahead of bread ahead it’s got way ahead of red ahead ironically bread ahead is now bred behind i guess bread ahead is behind me the dough is so fluffy the cream is like

The perfectly not too sweet but sweet enough honestly that’s legitimately really really good that’s the best we’ve had so far by quite a long way maybe the best donut i’ve ever had maybe genuinely the jam donut you going for the little saucy bit on top yeah you are okay

  2. I have been watching you guys for a few months now and been skeptical on how good some food actually is. Yesterday I was in London and went to st Johns bakery and bought these donuts….. They were nowhere near as amazing as you guys made out though…. Had nothing on Australian Krispy Kremes which are the top tier donuts. I was so disappointed to have spent £4 per donut on what I can honestly say we're on par with Tescos 6 for £1!!! My mate had a bite and had the same opinion.

  3. Ollie, as someone from North Carolina (the birthplace of Krispy Kreme), I would HIGHLY recommend trying the glazed donuts at a KK in the US when the "hot" sign is lit up! It is TRANSCENDENT!! It melts in your mouth!! Like, I cannot even begin to articulate how amazing it is.

    I've grown up with the boxes of donuts like you have here, I've even had them in the UK, and they're really good… but that hot/fresh version of the original is INSANE. Seriously. If you love this version, you'll have an out of body experience over the hot/fresh ones!

  4. I know this video is extremely old but if he’s that big of a fan of Krispy Kreme, there is NOTHING like eating one freshly made and hot off the rack. Holy 💩. I had my first one like that and it practically melted in my mouth. I refuse to buy the boxed ones because they don’t even come close. 😂 The place was around St Louis. Maybe you guys should go 😅

  5. Crosstown seems like most of them are made directly to be paired with a coffee. And, I'm afraid I wouldn't get far beyond Krispy Kreme when looking for the best. Tho' I'm certain I'd love to try St. John's. I wish I'd seen this before my trip to London this summer.

  7. KrispyKreme was invented in our town in North Carolina! There are none better anywhere – they remind me of a beignet from New Orleans!

  8. Best to have the Krispy Kreme right out of the oven. When the red light on the outside the building goes on, the glazed doghnuts are rolling off the line. There is nothing better than the glazed doughnut eaten right then and there, warm, soft, melt in your mouth, dreamy.

  9. They feel about Crosstown donuts the same way I feel about Tim Horton's. I think the donuts are tough.
