INGREDIENTS
Beef Marinade:
skirt steak
All purpose seasoning
Avocado oil
Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Sugar
Corn Starch
Marinate at least 30 minutes
Sauce:
Soy Sauce
Oyster Sauce
Sriracha
Rice vinegar
Sugar
Corn Starch
Water
Veggies:
Yellow Onion
Red Bell Pepper
Green Bell Pepper
Green onion

Tri color sesame seeds and Green Onion for garnish

Yo so I got the next best inner idea we got this beef and broccoli it’s the perfect takeout dish it’s full of flavor let me show you how to get down all right so first things first we got this skirt steak that we cut Against the Grain into little thin slices hit it

With some nature seasoning oil sesame oil oyster sauce soy sauce sugar some cornstarch and gave that a good mix now I just need y’all to keep up I know that was a lot so you want to get a walk over some medium high heat get it real hot

And then add your steak in there you want to let it brown on one side for a few minutes Shake it up and then remove it now it’s going to smell good but you got to try not to eat it before everything done anyways you want to make

A sauce with the ingredients that you see on the screen right here next you want to get some veggies all chopped up and get those into the skillet sauté those down a little bit add your broccoli add your steak back in and now you want to hit it with that sauce now

Let this reduce over like medium medium low heat until that starts to thicken a little bit from that corn salch and look at that it looked like it hit and I’m telling you it is plate that up with some jasmine rice hit it with some tricolor sesame seed and green onion so

  5. Ok, so I tried this out on Sunday, and it was delicious. I've got to get the cookbook so I can have some measurements. Sauce was a little thicker than it should have been. I think I was a little heavy handed with the corn starch, but everything else was so good. What 2 paste did you use? (wasn't a clear view) THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO TO MAKE MEALS INTERESTING!
