Don’t forget to give a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel for more delicious recipes ! Fresh parsley Five garlic gloves Salt Olive oil I have the gremolata. Just let the flavors integrate. This is the sauce left over from straining the vegetables, after I reserved the shank meat.

It all cooked for three hours. When it starts to boil, I add cornstarch to help thicken it. And a little butter to enhance the flavor and add shine. This is the shank that was cooking with the vegetables for three hours over low heat. It’s time to try it out Magnificent !
