Hey, foodies! Today, we are whipping up something truly delightful! We’ll need 18 ounces or 500 grams of minced turkey. Grab 4-5 slices of bread and cut off the crusts, leaving only the crumb. Friends, if you live in the US, please write in the comments from what state are you watching me?

Crumble them into a bowl. Pour in half a cup of milk. Mash the bread and milk together with a fork. Add this mixture to the minced meat in a bowl. Add one egg for binding. Now, grate 1 ounce or 30 grams of parmesan cheese.

Friends, I’d be happy if you could give this video a like as it’s the best reward from you. Chop a small bunch of parsley. Season with half a teaspoon of salt. And half a teaspoon of black pepper. Mix everything together well. Then refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes.

While our meat mixture chills, let’s prepare the filling. Finely chop one onion. Pour olive oil into a heated frying pan. Fry the onion for 1 minute. If you have any questions about the recipe, write to me and I will answer as soon as I see it in the comments! Grate one carrot.

Add it to the onions. Cooking for an additional 2 minutes. Next, finely chop 4 mushrooms. Add them to the pan. Season with half a teaspoon of salt. And half a teaspoon of black pepper. Let it all simmer for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Now, it’s time to assemble our turkey roll-ups!

While our roll-ups are baking, let’s whip up a quick and refreshing salad. Chop up half a head of iceberg lettuce. Halve 12-15 cherry tomatoes. Slice 4 mini cucumbers. Add 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt. 1 teaspoon of mustard.
