Hey y’all today i’m making air fried okra i stopped by heb to pick up some of their texas roots okra you’re going to wash and pat dry slice down the middle get that into a bowl we’re going to coat this with some extra virgin olive oil

Give that a really good toss to coat all of your okra we’re going to season to taste with some roasted garlic powder salt pepper and cajun seasoning you’re going to give that another good toss and then we’re going to put this in the air fryer in a single layer you want to make

Sure you’re not overcrowding them we’re going to air fry these at 350 degrees for 10 minutes flip them and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes look how beautiful y’all come eat

  1. Fried okra is good but you know what's better? Pickled okra aka slimey okra. My grandma always made it for me… she'd boil it in some vinegar and OH MY GOSH! Pure bliss! I always live an hour from any H.E.B LOL
