Ingredients:
25 jumbo pasta shells
8 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 jars (23 oz. each) marinara sauce
1 large egg
1- 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cook the pasta shells per the back of the box.
3. Cook the spinach and minced garlic per the back of the package.
4. Pour half of one of the jars of marinara sauce into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish and spread it out.
5. After the shells are cooked, drain them and set them to the side.
6. After the spinach is cooked down, drain it and add it to a large bowl along with the egg, ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and the grated parmesan cheese and mix to combine.
7. Put the mixture into a ziplock bag and cut the tip off. (You will need to cut quite a bit off so the mixture will come out.)
8. Spread each pasta shell out with your fingers and pipe the filling into each one and place it into the prepared pan. (I was able to fit 21 into my pan. You make extra in case they break, which mine did!)
9. Pour more marinara sauce over top of the shells to cover them completely.
10. Spread the other cup of mozzarella cheese over top.
11. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes.
12. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes. Let cool a bit and enjoy!!!

These stuffed shells are so tasty! They were also pretty easy to make! You could add meat to them if you want or any other filling you like is your Italian dishes! Thanks for watching!

Hey everyone nutree mama here today I’m going to show you how to make spinach and ricotta stuffed shells okay let’s start off with our ingredients first you need a package of the jumbo shells I’m using this 12 oz package here then you need some spinach

I got an 8 oz package of Frozen chopped spinach and I’m just cooking it for the back of the box with some minced garlic then you need marinara sauce I have these two 23 Oz um jars I might not use all of that one large egg a 15 oz

Container of ricotta cheese two cups of mozzarella cheese but we may not use all of that and then a half cup of grated Parmesan cheese so let’s go ahead and get started we are going to boil water and make our pasta shells and go ahead and get your spinach ready you could use

Fresh spinach you just want to um cook it down on the stove and chop it up with some minced garlic my pasta shells are starting to boil and I used about 25 of the shells so it’s about half of the package and my spinach is over here almost ready to

Boil so go ahead and preheat your oven to 375 and get a 9 by3 baking dish my pasta shells have finished cooking so I went ahead and drained those and just left them in my pot here then in my 9×13 baking dish I poured half of one of my jars of marinara sauce

In there and just spread it out when my spinach was finished cooking down I went ahead and um drained that of the excess water and then added it to the one cup of mozzarella cheese the cotted cheese the half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese

And the one egg and just gave that a good stir so now I’m going to put this into a Piping Bag and pipe it into my shells and then place them into the sauce all of my shells have been stuffed and I just put those in a Piping Bag or

Ziploc bag and cut the end off you do want to make a pretty big hole though because the um spinach is hard to get out of there and then you just hold those open with your fingers and pipe them in it’s a little messy but it looks

Really good and I was able would to get 21 of them you just make extra in case they break which of course some of mine did break but like I said I got 20 um one of them in here and now I’m just going to pour extra sauce over

Top I poured the rest of my marinara sauce in there and then I used half of the other jar of marinara sauce and then you just want to make sure you really cover it all and then I just took my other cup of cheese and sprinkled it on

Top now I’m going to cover this with foil and get it into the oven for 25 minutes after the 25 minutes was up I just removed my foil and then cooked this an additional 10 minutes you just want it to be bubbly so now we’re going
